Emergency Physician Staffing Solutions was founded in 2006 by managing partners Drs. Jim Hubler, James Brown and Troy Cutler. The partners are board certified in Emergency Medicine with extensive administrative experience, while also practicing emergency medicine in urban and rural communities. Together they staff hospitals across Central Illinois, building EPSS on a true partnership model with hospital administrators to optimize the ER and enhance patient access.
