Troy Cutler, MD, FACEP

Dr. Cutler, one of the managing partners of EPSS, graduated from University of Illinois College of Medicine in 1994 with Dr. Jim Brown, CFO of EPSS. Dr. Cutler completed residency in Emergency Medicine at Methodist Hospital in Indianapolis, where he served as Chief Resident. He then worked at St. Vincent’s Hospital in Indianapolis before moving back to Illinois. He has spent 26 years practicing emergency medicine and 12 years as an emergency physician. He served as Medical Director for Life Flight, the busiest helicopter service in the state and was involved in resident education and was twice awarded Teacher of the Year.

Dr.Cutler serves as Medical Director at OSF St. Luke Medical Center in Kewanee, IL, and OSF St. Paul Medical Center in Mendota, IL, while also participating in medical staff committees at Unity Point Health. While at St. Luke, Dr. Cutler was instrumental in opening a new ER facility. In addition, Dr. Cutler works as an attending ER physician at all EPSS facilities.
