Greg Guard, MD

Dr. Greg Guard and his wife live in Bloomington, IL, where he has been practicing medicine in Central Illinois for the past 30 years. Dr. Guard graduated from the University of Illinois College of Medicine and completed an Internal Medicine Residency in Peoria, IL. Dr. Guard also did a year of bench research in Geriatrics at Cleveland Clinics, followed by a Geriatric Fellowship at University of Kentucky. He has been actively involved with EPSS for the past 15 years, providing medical director services at Warner Health Systems, Hopedale Medical Complex, as well as clinical services at UnityPoint – Pekin. Dr. Guard currently serves as the president of Tazewell County Medical Society.
